What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin Can I reopen my divorce case from 1/15/2007. Under the filing I was to receive $20,000 from her retirement fund but only got $13,770. She also sold most of my personal property that was on my list of property to be kept by me, what do I do?

Just take the ex back to court and have the decree enforced. Let her tell the judge why she did not comply. A divorce is never truly closed till all conditions are met or one of the parties dies. Some folks will argue that death is not the end either.
