I've got a quick question. If I want to move before the end of a lease. Is it sufficient to find a replacement? Once I find a replacement can I put them on the lease, provided they meet necessary financial requirements?

Do I need my roommates' permission to replace my name on the lease with someone else's?

Your LL needs to agree to the changes, but you are responsible for the rent until someone else replaces you.

No problem about the rent, but it's a legal deal as long as the LL agrees right? I don't need permission from roommates on the lease?

Incorrect, the LL cannot change the lease without agreements from ALL parties signed.
