It seems very clear that 1. Mom is aware of the restraining order. 2. Mom is inviting ex gf into her house, knowing if son stays there will be a violation of restraining order. 3. Ex is going along with it willingly. 4. OP leaves to protect himself from unwanted contact.

If mom refuses you permission to leave, I suggest calling the police, to come over and resolve the issue by 1. Having mom giving you permission to leave, when she is there. or 2. Arresting ex gf for violating restraining order.

I am not trying to be in contact with her. My mom will go pick her up and bring her to our house and I leave and go to my new gfs house. I want nothing to do with my ex. I want to see my daughter, and be there for her, but my moms i almost trying to force me to be back with her and I dont want to. If we were talking about our child together than that would be different but my mom wants me to get back with her.
So since you are 16 ,have a talk with your school's guidence councelor , or contact the Judge that ordered the restraining order.

Seems to me your mother is not doing what's best for you.

Perhaps a talk with a local police officer to make a call to both your mother and the mother of your child to warn them might suffice.

And try to make arrangments for visitations with your child.

A point to bring up (and I don't know FL law) is, could the OP get in trouble for being in contact with the baby's mother? My friend got a restraining order against her husband (in another state) and the judge told both parties to stay away from each other.

Anyone who knows FL law is free to correct me if I am wrong and I know you will.
