Thanks ! Just wanted to discuss what I thought to achieve peace of mind.

People here are ready to kill the loved ones to make me understand how "Mental Agony" feels !
The law does not have "Mental Agony" and Emotional Distress applies only in very limited instances -- usually involving witnessing the death or maiming of a loved one.

What is Mental Agony? I am not aware of that term. Negligent or Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress I understand but MENTAL AGONY? Torts didn't teach me that in law school.
