I JUST BOUGHT A HOME AND IN THE SELLERS SALES DISCLOSURE SHE SAID
(IN 8 YEARS ONLY ONCE DID WATER COME INTO THE BASEMENT IN SEPT. 2003 WHEN IT RAINED 7 INCHES IN ONE DAY AND HAS BEEN DRY SINCE)
WELL THATS NOT TRUE IT GET WET EVERYTIME IT RAINS AT ALL!
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO? :eek: :confused:
