the bold portion is the only part I am going to address- sometimes that added info is necessary to actually give proper advice, many times people asking questions will inadvertantly leave out important details, or purposely leave out important details, those details can make the difference in someone being properly prepared.

If a poster doesn't hit the search button to look at an OP's original posts then that is a good way to find out so you don't give the wrong advice or legal information (I won't mention any names but you know who you are). Some people just don't want to take the time to hit the search button and it is people like Zephyr, rmet, LdiJ and casa (sorry if I left out the other important senior members or members) who have been here a long time to know what is going on.

I am not defending anyone, because clearly rmet does not need any defending from me. But, I see where rmet is coming from. There have been plenty of times where people (maybe even this OP) have just answered something off the cuff without even getting any clarification or background. I for one, would like to know that whatever answer I am getting is ACCURATE. Rmet is simply trying to protect the forum, and try to ensure that those that post here get correct answers.

However both of the answers I told the OP in the thread were correct answers. The lady asked a question of what COULD POSSIBLY happen and I told her what COULD POSSIBLY HAPPEN. then after jumping on me rmet posted almost the exact same answer.

Anyway I'm done with this thread to just getting a little tired of my family being brought into it when there is no call for it.

that's what I was wondering, there are plenty of people who butt heads with rmet, it's actually quite easy to do, but no one really denies she knows what she is talking about

I am not saying she does not know what she is doing and what OHreallynow siad has nothing to do with me. I dont care one way or the other who takes up for who.

My only problem is her bringing up my family situation in a thread that had absolutely nothing to do with my family problem just to try and make me look bad. There is no reason for her to bring up other posters past problems in a thread that has nothing to do with them.

I have read a lot of rmet's post and I agree she is very knowledgable but she needs to stick to the OP problem on a thread not bring up anyone elses problem

What is the legal purpose for starting these kinds of threads? If you have a problem with a certain poster use the frikkin PM instead of taking up space on the board that now means someone else is getting their legal problem totally ignored.

Don't take every single little word from total strangers so seriously. By choosing to wash your dirty laundry on the internet for the world to read about, then be mature enough to rise above the personal comments and focus on the productive advice.

It's getting frustrating seeing people blow every word out of proportion and put so much energy towards starting wars when there is 1 total stranger you have a problem with.

You're all going to say "you don't HAVE to read this thread" which you are totally right about, but these moronic threads that has no place here gets bumped up to the top of the threads 50 times a day and please explain why that is so f-ing important in relation to other's legal problems that they need help with??????

According to you it was. I stated what I thought. If you called your awyer for 2 months about problems and he never returned your call what would you do?

As for the scratches you notice she never once said anything about them needing treatment until well after I asked her about it.

That is stuff that should be in the original post dont you think.
