Hello-

I run the online site www.CodeDaily.com and I want to run a free giveaway. Specifically, I want to set up a "Send to a friend" page that will let people send a friend a link to the site with a message like "Your friend Bob thought you would like this site: www.codedaily.com". Once a certain threshhold of of "send to a friends" are collected (I'm thinking 20,000), I'll give an iPod Shuffle to the sender and recipient of that "send to a friend". The threshold will be publshed on the site, probably with a counter as well (e.g., "Only 12,611 entries remaining"). What do I need to do so I stay within legal boundaries?

Regards-
Eric
