As for your "innocence"... Have you heard the adage "where there's smoke, there's fire"? I suspect it applies in your situation.
Yeah...there's not always fire where there's smoke...ha.

I'm not sure you can give very good advice here if all you're going to do is assume guilt.

Why would I buy/carry pot on campus when they already think I have it? That wouldn't be very smart, would it. I'm not trying to get kicked out of school.

Listen, kids do an unbelievable amount of dumb stuff. You taking pot to school, especially considering you admit you "do it," and you seem to think you are smarter than the admin, would not surprise me.

The legal advice? Don't write a statement. Don't write anything. At all. Don't put anything in writing. If they are going to kick you out of school, then ask for an investigation, and ask your parents to come to school and act on your behalf.

And, don't keep doing drugs. Nothing good will come of it. Nothing.

Did I say I thought I was smarter than admin? - or did I say they're more suspicious than they need to be? That's what's stupid about it all.
Ah well - I know that I don't take pot to school. And I know they're not going to catch me with any at school. They're wasting their time. Esp when other people do take pot to school. See, they're being stupid - they'd be better off spending time asking me who takes pot to school instead of using that time to search my locker or bag and assuming I have it all. I'm not trying to be an a$$ or smarter than the average admin. I simply don't take pot to school (or buy it there. Or sell it there. Or grow it there. or smoke it there. Or traffic it via there).

Ok thanks. I've been refusing to write anything so far (even the truth). I won't write anything at all. I think they're backing off a little on this 'drug sale', it's been days since someone threatened to kick me out. Because they have nothing. But they're all like "we're watching you!!". Ok. Fine. Watch me. Watch me, and miss the drug deals on campus.
