I still want an answer to my question. A single instance is one thing; a pattern of on-going bullying is another.
I agree but based on the tenor of the OP's post, I believe it is a first time thing. I suspect if the OP knew it was a consistent action, there would have been calls to the FBI, Homeland Security, and 17 local news outlets, and a few national outlets.

I'm with the poster who said to use this as a teachable moment, and teach your daughter that some people may not like her, don't cry wolf, is this serious, tell the teacher, talk to the principal.

Its not like you're going to get a restraining order. Or sue the school.
