Are you attempting to amend custody, or visitation time? There's a slight difference in many states in how the two are approached. A change of circumstances is required to change custody, but not always required in order to change parenting time (visitation).

Unfortunately, I can't help you w/what to file and when to file it. Have you already filed a parenting plan?

1st, I filed a modification of visitation/custody(that's what the form says), although I already have shared physical and legal custody. Physical is in a 65(her)/35(me) division, and I am petitioning to have vacation, make-up, holidays. etc, added(our current agreement states that all time not listed:e Wednesday/eo weekends: reverts to...her:rolleyes: ...).

2nd, no parenting plan, just the custody agreement.
