Your lease is what gives you the right to say NO , your lease did not disclose to you that you must pay the power to run the LLs camera system and your lease did not disclose to you that your LL would use your water faucets with out a limit so that's all you need to follow, you do not need any other reasons , even if someone thinks that it may be petty TOO BAD that lease is a contract and as I have said more than once now, you do not have to agree to any changes the LL wants so NO lights on all night, no more access to the outside faucets NO elect to power the cam. If LL doesn't like it again insist on them telling you where in the lease it says otherwise! You happen to live in a state that is so tenant friendly its not funny , even if your LL wanted to attempt to take you to court over those things im pretty sure the LL would look so foolish in court its not funny.

If the LL does anything you stated ,specially knocking and looking in doors or windows ,call the local police agency.

I wouldn't put up with it. Expect to move and give proper notice at the end lease . Good Luck.

I am 2 months away from the end of my lease and already started looking for a new place to rent. Even if it is 20 more miles away from work, I am moving. No money can count for the disturbance I have experienced because of my landlord.
