I entered into a sales agreement with a merchant for kitchen cabinets, paid them in full and was told that the my order would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Fours weeks into the order the merchant announced that they were closing their doors. They never delivered my goods or refunded my money. I was told to contact the customer service for information. I left a message with all order details as informed and received a call from a representative of theirs stating that they would be refunding my money. 5 weeks later I have not heard anything from the company or been contacted. They have not claimed bankruptcy, deliverd my goods, or refunded my money. What can I do.
