Sadly, we were eventually forced to let the kids go to their dad. They became hysterical and did not want to go. They mentioned being afraid of the things he does to them. This is all on video. Nobody cares. As soon as the kids got back from their dads, one of them immediately told their mother of inappropriate things he did. The next day at daycare, another hotline was called in as one of the girls was complaining of her privates hurting (again). The daycare asked her what was wrong and she explicitly said "my dad did it." CPS was immediately told and they dismissed it. If a 2 1/2 year old, unprompted, says, "Daddy suck my peepee.!" Then starts hitting her privates and fondling herself,.....I think that should be cause for concern. That same child has been having painful urination. Again,, the daycare witnessed some of these actions as well as our family. We have some of it on video.
Why are the children being videoed?

I suspect the children are being videoed by family members (mom, you, grandma?) while being asked leading questions. If this is the case then STOP IT NOW. Such video can only be used against Mom, to show that she is NOT fostering a healthy relationship between the children and their father.

STOP interrogating the children.
STOP saying bad things about Dad.

I am NOT saying that the kids aren't being abused; I'm saying that what you are doing isn't going to help your sister or them, legally.

How you CAN help: find a good licensed therapist. Send the children to the therapist. Either you all are making mountains out of molehills, and the whole maternal family needs therapy because they're fostering unhealthy drama, OR the father is indeed abusive, the children need help, and the therapist as a disinterested 3rd party has more credibility than you.

Only point with which I disagree is KEN needs to step out as she is an overstepping aunt and shouldn't be doing ANYTHING ... MOTHER should be sending the children to a therapist. NO ONE should be videoing these children. It is ridiculous and can be used against them. Oh and if they delete those videos since it is known they exist, it becomes destruction of evidence. Which is a crime. Because i am guessing they have mentioned the videos in calls and such. None of them are going to be helpful to mom but destroying them is going to hurt her and look bad as well.

Yes! That is what I have been saying this whole time. After CPS dismissed the case, and the kids were hurting after coming back from their dads, my sister did make a doctor's appointment. Still waiting to get in. Time is important here, but again, our family is the only party who seems to care! its ridiculous.
Why wait for an appointment??? A trip to the child abuse clinic or ER, IMO, should have been immediately after noting physical problems. My county has a special clinic for dealing with these situations; ours includes the law enforcement and legal as well as medical communities. If there is not one in your city, look at your region's medical school or major city to see if they have something or can refer you. The pediatrics department at the med school may know of child abuse specialists in you city.

STOP waiting on others to get back to mom.
