Where was this man-made waterfront? Was it open, or did you have to climb up and over railings, etc?

I thought this would fall under as a catostrophic accident therefore I would have a good case

Deck extended from shore bar sat on deck.

it was open deck was roped off at the edge of deck. single rope
Were you aware of the depth of the water when you dove?

It sounds as if you will have a difficult time showing the negligence of others but because of the severity of the injury, you definitely should speak with a personal injury attorney. The consultation should be free.
