the sol in colorado is 6 years. the sol law in arizona is 3. now that i live
in arizona can i use the arizona law to protect me from being sued when
i answer the court with my answer, iam being sued by best buy and the debt
is over 3 years old but i signed the credit card in colorado but last used it
and it was closed in arizona. so please let me know if anyone knows the answer to this. i already messed up and gave the answer to the court
that i was filing bk7. wondering when i am i court if i ask the judge to
dismiss it because of the statute of limitation law for arizona. and do
