Should I file i-485 and i130 concurrently or no?

Is it okay to file the i130 first wait it's approval then the i485 after?
My wife's i94 ended on July 2018.

Which is best?

I'm assuming your wife is no longer in the US as her I-94 had expired, but you would get the I-130 first to petition for you wife to enter the US and only later will you be able to use the I-485 to adjust her immigration status.
I would strongly advise that you get an immigration attorney because the whole immigration process seems to be changing on a daily basis.
