I paid 27,456 for a camper back in June of 2018. Paid in full, so I could get a 500 discount. I was told when I purchased it there would be a 10 week delay. then I was told it would be in Nov, then I was told another 6 months and so on. I would calling several times throughout the year and not get an answer or I was told to be patient. Im now told it will be done in June of 2019. I want a refund, I was told they dont do refunds. I never signed anything that says I cannot receive a refund.

You need a lawyer. You are being played or being scammed.

You can afford a 28 grand leisure vehicle, you can afford to get a lawyer since you do not understand your purchase contract.

Learn to be skeptical of things you are 'told' - especially when you are spending nearly 30,000 bucks.

And you were never given anything that said you COULD get a refund.

Rather than rely on what you were "told" how about reading your contract to see what it says about delivery? Or take it to a lawyer.

This is California and I borrowed the entire amount of money from family, which I am paying off every month. I don't want to pay more than what the camper is worth to a lawyer.
