undefinedWhat is the name of your state? New York

If a child works (baby actor let's say) and their parents are in a child support battle. Does the CP have to include the baby's earnings as a part of household income or anywhere for that matter in the paperwork submitted to court?

Without searching I will answer what little I do know. There is a law now the parents and/or managers of child actors have to put a percentage into an account solely for the child so stretching out on a limb I would say that at a minimum that amount would not be added. As far as the other I can not say for sure.

To find the amount they are required to hold for the child I would start by searching "Paul Peterson." To know you have the correct person he played on the old "Donna Reed Show." He's an advocate for child actors and I would bet there's a link somewhere discussing at the very least the amount I talked about.

Actually I'm not old. I just have what my husband says is a headfull of useless information :D I used to watch the old television shows and movies. :) In reality I'm only 33 but I could probably give you a run for your money on old movie, music and television trivia.

Paul Peterson had another career? Without cheating I can't tell you what it was. However, I do know he's very much into helping make sure child actors are treated fairly and things like what happened to Gary Coleman and even earlier child actors weren't left with nothing when they reached of age.

Oh and BTW.. I can tell you who Paul's co-star was and what the only song she sang was and WHY she ended up singing it even though she hated it :)

His other career was the same as his co-star, the lovely Shelly Fabares with whom I'd still wrinkle the sheets (YAZZZSIR).

And one of his hits was Lollipops and Roses.

You are correct. I had forgotten that he was forced to do the same. That damn Ricky Nelson ruined it for them. If he wouldn't have been such a teen idol and singing on his daddy's show they wouldn't have forced Paul or Shelly to do the same. Of course however, it probably did all help her gain the role you probably like her best from.... shouldn't have to say... but the one where she loses her bikini top...

and by the way, Shelly did a total of FIVE albums starting with "Shelly" in 1962. The only Major Hit she had was "Johnny Angel" but "boy of my own", "love letters", "Sealed with a kiss", "Locomotion", "Johnny get angry", "Goodbye cruel world", "lollipops and roses" and "Baby talk" were all minor hits.

Ride the Wild Surf (1964) ...but by that time she already had 5 other movies to her credit, including The Girl Rush in 1955 and Marjorie Morningstar in 1958.

And of course, three Elvis movies just after the Surf including Clambake in '67, Spinout in '66 and Girl Happy in '65.

Actually, "Johnny Get Angry" did almost as well at the shelves and rode all the way to number 4 nationwide so it was considered her "other" hit. ;)

She lost her bikini in more than one? DAMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNN :D

I always remembered Clambake because I thought that was too funny... and just for the record that was out WAY before I was even an itch on my daddy's pant leg.... although he was probably itching in the jungle at that time... but it wasn't me! :)

Oh SHUT UP!
I can remember standing in line in downtown Little Rock to see Ride the Wild Surf and Muscle Beach Party as a double-header just before leaving for Germany the first time.
