I can remember standing in line in downtown Little Rock to see Ride the Wild Surf and Muscle Beach Party as a double-header just before leaving for Germany the first time.

Well now, there was another cutie... at least for me... Frankie Avalon. Course I still would have taken Ricky Nelson, James Dean or a YOUNG (let me repeat YOUNG) Marlon Brando over him.

And again for the record.. I was only 5.5 yrs old when Elvis died. My first memory of him was seeing him in his casket on the front of the National Enquirer...

I know... out of my list ... one was reportedly gay... and the other obviously had something against American Women.... two died violent deaths and the other I think ATE himself to death. It's called chrisma though!!!

Well NOT my kids... and me either but considering the topic here I'm really not old enough to know some of these things. And to think I fought my dad for making me listen to music from the 50s and 60s and the 'old' country and watching old movies at first.

Shoot.. I was going to try to prove a point but then realized I am old!! lol I was GOING to say that I wasn't even alive during the first run of The Brady Bunch but I guess I caught the last two years (as if I remember).

Without searching I will answer what little I do know. There is a law now the parents and/or managers of child actors have to put a percentage into an account solely for the child so stretching out on a limb I would say that at a minimum that amount would not be added. As far as the other I can not say for sure.

To find the amount they are required to hold for the child I would start by searching "Paul Peterson." To know you have the correct person he played on the old "Donna Reed Show." He's an advocate for child actors and I would bet there's a link somewhere discussing at the very least the amount I talked about.
