Your LL can refuse to renew your lease OR your LL could send you a proper written notice about the complaints and can even tell you in the notice they want to terminate your lease early and want you to move out due to this problem , BUT only a court can actually evict , Should your LL want to terminate your lease early and does not give you a proper written notice ( don't just move only because they told you to with out written notice ) Keeping a extra copy of a notice from the landlord telling you they want to terminate your lease early / telling you to move out will be what you would need later on should the LL try to collect more rent from you since you should have proof that LL wanted you to move out in order to counter any further attempts by LL to hold you to a lease they didn't want to continue with you.
