are there on my life? will I be able to fly via plane?
Although there is no warrant, I've been told that there is something called an "investigation card" issued for me that notifies other officers of the same agency that I was investigated either as a suspect or a witness for a misdemeanor assault.
I talked to someone and they said that that card is just paperwork so that the agency can log the case, and that at this stage it's equivalent to an unsubstantiated complaint.
But I figured if it's in a computer somewhere, does that mean it might come up when trying to board a plane?
