I will. She just said she's taking him to court for sole custody! I wish she would try, I really do. There's so many people in terrible situations that really need to address the courts, this is all BS, its so sad.
What sort of custody/visitation does your b/f currently have?

He gets her every thursday after school because thats his day off and every other weekend. They switch off holidays every year as well. I guess thats the standard, Im not sure.

I just dont see any of this ever getting to court. She's making making different threats on different issues for the past year. She's never filed anything with the court. It all has to do with me. Maybe not me personally but the fact that he is with someone else. She constantly tells him she wants to get along and pulls this crap every other weekend. Right now my bf's fixing and selling his condo. His place is a mess, so thats why they stayed by me this weekend. The thing is he was going to stay by his mothers but his daughter BEGGED him to bring them back to my house. I dont see what the big deal really is. She's fed, bathed, cared for. No harm is done. The mother is just jealous. Im sure when we buy our place, it will be something else she complains about, can't wait to see what that is. Also, from what i understand no changes can be made in the JPA within two years, if there's no "special change in circumstances". There are none in this issue. My bf has told his ex countless times, this needs to stop. If she's so happy with her "new" life and husband to be, then whats the problem. Bottom line, mother doesn't want the child attached to me in anyway. I can't see a judge caring about any of this except whats good for the child.
