What is the name of your state? VA

So What if those warrants came before being charged, and the court date, and before the bench warrant...what would be the limitation then?

Instead of starting a new thread, ask your question in your original thread. It saves folks the time of having to look for or ask what you are talking about.

If the warrant came out, then you have been charged with a crime. The SOL stops tolling when a warrant is issued for the event in question.
