Thank you for the rant. Are you seeing anyone for your anger issues? You should keep your assumptions to yourself. When I said they know me as dad, I was simply stating that they are estranged from their fater by his own doing not ours. You have assumed that we (my wife and I) are the ones who are jumping the gun here. Well, you are wrong. Your little rant served absolutely no porpose at all. We would appriciate you leaving your personal feelings out when resposding to questions posted. :D
There was not one bit of personal feeling in my answer.
They know you as dad? That will backfire in court.
They are estranged from dad? Well guess what -- counseling is definitely called for her. Their mom should have them in counseling. The law provides that dad will get the kids unless he is legally unfit which he is not. END of story.
