What can you do? The same as anyone else - either admit to the violation and pay the fine or enter a not guilty plea and go to court. You can also consult with a local traffic attorney who is familiar with the court in question.

I understand all of that. I just don’t get how I never seen him behind me at a close enough distance to have been able to say I was speeding. I looked up and he was behind me with the lights on and even at that he was far behind when I even noticed that. How can that be accurate ? I called a traffic attorney. Didn’t know if anyone had any experience with this type of ticket. And has anyone heard of beating it and how just things like that. The cops in my town are crooked I can’t just trust it. There’s not much info where he seen me where he was sitting it says unknown street name so how do I know he did all the right steps.

Yes, I do. I've written hundreds of them. The officer does not have to be close to you if the pace is done over a long enough distance. I've paced from many hundreds of feet back with no problem at all.

Really, and how do you know that?

Another thing I’m at the store Friday night and I see that same cop car drive by slow he pulled into the bank sat there for 5-10 min til I drove by then pulled out behind me followed me to the light and then the next night sees my car hobby again and I’m getting pulled over for speeding. That doesn’t seem normal to me.
