As I said before, I gave her the information for her use to understand why I had treated her like "garbage". I did it so she could take comfort in the fact that my "evil personality" said those things (which I really have no control over). I didn't want her to seek revenge for the way I had treated her when I really can't/couldn't control it.

Can I sue to have her disclose who the messages were sent to and have them deleted / sealed from distribution in the future so if they are ever released by one of the people she gave them to I can sue them? I want to make it so that if anybody who has the info releases it in the future, they can be held liable. Sort of like, those e-mails and information is illegal to distribute after a court order says so.

You gave this information to someone you knew had anger towards you and who you were ending a relationship with. Therefore, I don’t think you had a reasonable expectation that the information would be kept private.
Yes, I gave it to her in hopes she would forgive me for my uncontrolable actions and we could continue to be friends. I thought if she knew what a serious illness I had she would at least forgive me, even if she didn't want to continue the relationship. Instead, she distributed them for amusement.

Can I do this?

Would be illegal to post an ad online and have all the responses forwarded to her inbox. Like, if I put an ad saying "I want hot sex, e-mail me at [email protected]" then had all the e-mail sent to that address automatically forwarded to her inbox, would that be illegal? I wouldn't be disclosing her e-mail address, and it wouldn't be spam.

Listen, this has gone on long enough.

The moment you sent the e-mails you lost control over them. They became the property of the receiver.

So, if you don't like things you 'lied' about being published, don't publish them yourself. You have absolutely no case PERIOD!
