All of this took place in the state of Ohio
I have a friend who is on SSDI and had a payee his payee was also his medical guardian.
He went into the hospital and spent a week and had several test done ect.
He just looked on credit karma and discovered when he was in this hospital the SSDI payee who was also had medical guardianship of him did not give his medical insurance information to the hospital for billing and since its been a few years medical insurance company will not pay the bill.
Is his former SSDI payee/medical guardian responsible for the bill?
and yes he can provide prof who was his SSDI payee/medical guardian
