Having unregistered vehicles on your property can be a very big deal.

Cosnider finding ways to disencumber yourself of these useless vehicles.

One vehicle of any value if used for transportation is not a resource counted for SSI - but if the car is not licensed/registered and not being driven by you or a family member, you potentially could sell it.

In fact, you could sell both cars, and any other excess resources, in order to make yourself eligible for SSI. But, depending on the resources sold and sales price(s), you might have to wait awhile before you could receive SSI.
