It's the "Statute" of Limitations. The Statue of Limitations is in a museum.
You didn't say armed robbery of what? A Bank, a Mom & Pop store, what?
Depending on where you rob, will depend on which Statute of Limitations applies, and whether it's State or Federal law we're talking about.
