What is the name of your state? Georgia, Does anyone know what the statute of limitations is,in which a lawsuit must be filed after a breach of contract. This contract/agreement was a result of a land swap . Each uf us had to put a fence on the property and the ohter person was supposed to put up a 6 foot fence. He did not compy with the requirements of the agreement , there is a monitary damages per day in the agreement. It has been four month now.since the deadline.
