My girlfriends sister is 16 (almost 17) and is currently having sex with a 20(may have just turned 21) year old man.
Her parents have said that they will just "limit" their relationship, but still allow them to see each other. This is completely unacceptable.
Me and my girlfriend are prepared to file charges against the man.
My girlfriend and her mom found birth control pills (used box), condoms, and sex toys. Also, the sister admitted to them that they were having sex.
What proof is needed, and will this be a valid statutory rape charge?
