What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
Have a store credit for $325.00. Store still in business however ownership changed. New owners say they will not honor the credit because it was with the old owners. Do I have any legal rights? And who is responsable? old owners or new owners? Thanks in advance.
