What is the name of your state? Washington. We took a tenant to court and got the eviction and rent and attorneys fees, they left the day before the sheriff came and left keys in my mailbox, I soon found they had trashed the house. My question The judge left a 3) attachment in our judgement "The Court retains jurisdiction to award plaintiff additoinal damages for physical damages to the premises above ordinary wear and tear, if any and for additional attoryney fees if any incurred in collecting on the judgement herein" so my question is do I have to go to superior court or small claims court to get this jurisdiction, do I need a lawyer? Thanks in advance
