Hi, I live in Washington State and I recieved a summons on friday from an attorney representing a collection Service. I am not familiar with the plaintiff. It lists my name and another name as "AKA". I have no alias. What, by the letter of the law, can or should I do?

That is a no brainer reply... If I wanted to hire a lawyer I would not have posted my question. Why would you reply at all if you didn't have any good advise?
