Exactly one week ago I was in the passenger seat of a car that got pulled over. The driver is 21, I am 21, and the guy in the backseat is 19. The cop discovered we had been drinking. All 3 of us blew under the legal limit but we all received open containers. The kid who was 19 did not rat us out and rather took an MIP charge, claiming the alcohol he had was his. It was his 2nd charge so he has to go to court tomorrow for it. He informed me he is going to plead not guilty to it by telling the court the beer was ours and we gave it to him. What are the chances he can overturn the charge and we can be charged with supplying to a minor?
