The trustees will decide how the money for the children is handled - (as per the trust)
how much is spent on the children/how much is saved for the children....

Now if the trustees used the money to take a trip around the world for theirselves for example, then you contact an attorney.

I see no problem here with the way the trustees are handling the money for the children.
