yes, I agree that he should have told the judge he was unemployed, but at that time he thought he was going to seel his truck and be able to have the money when we went back, but that has now fallen through.

No, there is no physical reason he can't work. THERE IS NO WORK! He is sent 100's of resumes and filled out a million applications. There is nobody hiring anywhere around here. But see the thing that really hurts him is that is profession or trade is TRUCK DRIVING! LOL He really doesn't have any other skills, and he obviously can't drive anymore. But he has applied even at the Burger Kings and Mcdonals, the grocery stores, and all kinds of places like that. It's just a really sad situation.
