Now, let’s be realistic. Was the Riverside address his actual residence? Yes, I bet it was. I bet he lived there with the intent for it to be his residence, but he doesn’t like to pay taxes. Knowing NV does not have personal income taxes, he manipulated the facts to be able to claim he was not a resident of CA but NV. I believe his fear of “red flags” and his obvious knowledge of the law shows *intent* to an otherwise quite convenient set of circumstances. (“Convenient” in the way the Dana Carvey as the church lady on Saturday Night Live would use with the pursed-lipped “how convenient” to a person’s explanation.)

The time for cleverness has now ended as the OP wants to sell the property. He wants to disappear all the facts he has developed through the years and change them to his current advantage and worries about if the government will find out. At least, that’s my take. What’s yours?
I am not Abezon, but that is also my take on the situation.

Well, what actually happened was originally I was planning to move down there and live at the CA property full time, but when I bought the property it was full of trash. Which I finally finished cleaning up just a couple months ago. I went to the property when I could and stayed for a few weeks to a few months at a time to do the clean up. I also starting bringing my things down to the CA property, when I was not there though the red neck drug addicted neighbors shot up my things and broke in and stole things. Also an incident where one of them shot a gun behind my friends head and told him that was meant for his head. So, because I couldn't be there full time yet I tried to find caretakers to watch the property when I couldn't be there, but couldn't find anyone who want to stay out there except this guy who turned out to be one of the neighbors friends. That turned into a nightmare and I had to have him evicted. Any way after all this I decided just forget about living in CA and sell the property. So while I never really completed my move down there it is the only property with a dwelling on it that I own, because when I was in Reno I just stayed he and there at my parents and friends. While I probably didn't stay there even 6 months out of the year, I was there more than any other one place.
