I am being sued by a old client of mine who is claimeing i did not compleate the work. Now i have invoices and papers and letters from former employees of his saying i did compleate the work but I have a bigger issue he is sueing me for money that I was taxed for after he filed a 10-99 is this legal and if not what should I do to prove it is illegal

The fact that you were taxed does not mean he can't sue you saying you didn't do the work he paid for. Win the lawsuit & don't worry about the taxes.
