How on earth is this blackmail? Do you even understand what the word means or did you just decide to slander the professor to try and bolster your non-existent case?
Sorry I did forget to say, that when he called back he said "if you end up taking further actions, it could potentially harm another student" who is her friend.

Sounds like to me that the professor did her a HUGE favor by not reporting the Honor Violations. That's a good way to be shown right out the door.
There is nothing to report, she did not cheat and Collage Dean confirmed that there is nothing against her.

Please note me and my wife never sued anyone to make profit, and we don't want to. And I would not be asking you guy these question if I knew that she cheated.

Since he is Master RN Nurse, can I file a complaint regarding his teaching practice to the Board of Nursing?
No. Just NO. Your wife was his student, not his patient.

(2) My wife''s GPA is 3.78 this is the only hard class she had, everywhere else she did really good.
So what? If she was required to have at least a "C" for this course to count as a pass, then it is likely an important prerequisite course for her studies.

If the teacher would have removed these points from other students, then there would be at least 3 more who would fail out of 8 students.
And how do you have this information? How are you privy to other students personal information? Is the class that small or are you that nosey?

Seriously - there's no case here. For anything.

If he suspects cheating, correctly or incorrectly, that's his professional opinion to have. As college instructors (I am one too), we have the freedom to report suspected dishonesty, or to let it go if there is no proof. There is no blackmail in saying "if you keep pushing, I'll dig deeper into suspected dishonesty". With respect, unless you took that test, you cannot say there was no dishonesty possible. Don't poke the bear.

There's no way you could know that. You aren't the professor. Unless you are hacking his school email account perhaps, there's no way you can know so much about other students and what their grades are.
