My 17 y/o wants to move out. She will be 18 on 8/31. If I let her and she gets into any trouble before she turns 18 will I be held responsible since she is still considered a minor? In addition, if I let her can I be prosecuted in any way?

The minor will be 18 in 5 weeks, if you think your daughter is going to be getting into mischief or may do something that you could be held liable for, why not just wait?
