My new tenants are not paying rent on their second month after moving in. Rent was due yesterday, when I called yesterday she didn't answer and didn't return my message or text message.

What are my options??

(Sigh). You begin the process of eviction by sending your tenants a 3 day Pay or Quit notice. The steps on what to include in this are outlined in the attached:

Or perhaps wait until Friday, which may very well be payday for the tenant, and see if you get paid then.
