Tenant threating another tenant?

What are my obligations as a property manager to a tenant who complains that another tenant has threatened them and that they have a witness? Do I require a court order or just take their word?

You didn't threaten th tenant.



The tenant who was threatened should call the police on the threatening tenant. Once you have a police report, do what you must.

yes police report is the answer , If you dont have one then you cannot address it.

but the lease says something like "you cannot hinder the enjoyment or rights of anyone"

so confused.
