What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

In Tennessee, if only the husband signed a rental lease, but not the wife, are they both responsible for un-paid rent if they are evicted for such reason? I would like to have her wages garnished.

But, could he collect from the marital assets? What of the doctrine of necessities? I think more facts would be needed.
