We bought some property "3 acres" in Liberty county, Texas. We were going to move our house out of a flood zone on to the property.

the land was heavly wooded. The sellers new we were going to cut down trees to move house on. We cut 32 trees. Wasn't enough to move house on , but flood came. The land we bought went 2 foot under water. We were not told it flooded. Sellers new we wanted to move house out of flood zone. Stayed flooded from October to Jan.2. We went ahead and made payments on land til Feb. when we just couldn't afford to anymore . Property was repoed. Then sellers file felony thief charges on my husband. any suggestions. Please help
