OK, here's my two cents for what it's worth.
Keep telling your daughter how you feel. Tell her ALL of the con's of having sex before marraige. Besides all of the health risks, because condoms and birth control can both fail. There is also the fact that when you have sex with someone you will develop feelings for that person. It is so easy for young women to fall head over heels. On the other side of the coin, men don't always develop the same feelings. There are the feelings of abandonment that take forever to heal.
You also need to support her. If she is that determined to get on the pill, she will. It is better for you to know what she is taking then not know.
unfortunatly, that is the way things are right now. I hope things change by the time my kids are teens.
( also, if she is taking the pill, watch her periods. She could still get pregnate while on the pill. If she does she needs to get off them fast. She could end up having a baby with birth defects, or have a dead baby. Teens have no idea of the risks associated with drugs, legal or illegal. Continue to love and support, and teach her your values)
There's my two cents, and I hope it helped, and I hope nobody takes me the wrong way and starts getting on my case.
