thanks....I really don't want to file a suit or anyting like that....but the stuff he tends to "prefer" is full contact straight up people going at it. the guys thought it was funny till they found out he was doing it with me around. I guess there's problably nothing I can do, but doesn't that always seem to be the case? At least with me it is......I just hope that if someone else is ever in this type of situation they will at least have the balls to confront the person. I sure don't....I live in a small town and jobs are becoming harder and harder to come by around here.....My kids have to eat! lol
Anyway thanks again, and I'm still open to any and all suggestions

Is there something you can do about it? No, unless you go above his head and report it to your company HR or his boss.
Simple answer is that it's none of your business

"Open Minded Youth" ......Does that sound legal? These are some videos that I found recently on the computer....I don't know if these were acctually under age girls, but they looked awful young to me.....Of, course It's none of my business, right?

Do a google search for "naked men" Pick the first picture of the ugliest hairyest fattest man you can find there. Use the image search. Save it and right click on the file and hit properties. From there make the file read only.

Then set the picture as the background for the pc. I guarenntee you that if he has to look at that everytime he sits down he will want to get right back up.
Let him know you feel just as disgusted when he veiws the women.
Maybe it will sink into his neanderthal skull that its not nice to sport a woddy in the office after looking at porn.

I just completed a company mandated sexual harrasment class and this certainly seems like harrasemet to me. I think you must first advise the person that this is offensive to you. If he continues then I think you might have a case. It also depends in the laws of your state. Good luck I understand that this must be very difficult for you.

That is the funniest thing I've ever heard!! thanks....that makes my day....It's a really good idea, but I can't risk my job....if i quit though I'll definantly keep that one in mind!!

BTW.....He was on a violent rape site today, and "accidently" left it on the screen....One caption included the phrase "crying sluts raped at gun point"
That really makes me feel safe at work....

Look at it any chance I get???.....you tell me what you would do if it was thrown in your face every single day! I don't choose to look at it...it is there, on my computer screen, whether I want it there or not. I can't afford to loose my job. I have two small children and live in a small town where jobs are hard to come by, so therefore I came here for advice.....not to be ridiculed by someone like you! I do not want monitary gain....I just want to know how to handle the situation.....How dare you judge me, when I am sure you have probably never been in my situation.....I've seen alot of your posts and you obviously haven't been in many uncomforatible situations or maybe you would have a little more compassion for some of these people who have real problems.....Thanks to everyone else.
