I live in Tennessee now. Yeah, even with the name MissouriGal. LOL

But hey, if I move one more state north, I'd be able to marry my cousin legally!

At least, I think I would... in Kentucky it's either:

1.) Legal to marry your cousin as long as you don't have sex with them, or;

2.) Legal to have sex with your cousin as long as you aren't married to them.

Can't remember which one it is though.

OK ~ I wanted to jump in and ask again about the thread locks. Can only a Moderator lock threads? Can a Moderator lock threads for only their forum or for any forum? Who on here is really an Attorney besides IAAL?

A moderator or the person that started the thread are the only ones that can lock them.

A mod. can lock a thread in any forum. They have the reins of the entire asylum.

As for who on here besides IAAL is an attorney... I think JETX and HomeGuru may be attorneys, but I'm not too sure. They mostly post on forums other than the Family Law one so I don't read very many of their posts.
