Hey Guys!
I just got off the phone with the Assistant Prosecutor. When I told her about the threat of lawsuit that was made, she told me that she considers it tampering - you were right!!! She had me call the detective on the case too, and he is calling the attorneys office to tell him that what he did was completely inappropriate and that he is to attempt no further contact with myself or any other witnesses.
She is also reviewing the file this weekend to see if an emergency bond is necessary.
Lastly, she wants me to get a PPO right away.
The preliminary examination is set for the 31st - during which she will ask me to testify on the threat...she really wants it on record and known to the judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She also said that this attorney is clearly not a criminal lawyer, and she hopes he doesn't try to handle this *LOL*
