This is the outcome of my orginal message 'TIMESHARE ADVISE" please read that post also if you are having this problem.

Guess what?, all the letters and phone calls of payment that came from the collections agency in the US, well, we sent them a certified letter that we will only take written contact and any other contact would be considered harrasment.

Now the good news, the timeshare in Aruba just gave us notice that we lost all ownership and any payment made. OH Well, learned a big lesson here.

In case anyone is in this same situation with a timeshare out of country Just read the fine print mine said that it would go by the Arubian laws.
